Having personally trained hundreds of clients, one thing is clear, we all have unique body mechanics and functional movement capabilities, irrespective of gender.  While some have more flexibility than other, others have better or worse stability, balance or mobility movements.  This might be quite surprising for many to believe, whenever I conduct body measurements to clients for the first time, there is a relatively high probably of asymmetry – ie where one side (eg, left arm compared to right arm) is significantly “ larger & stronger” than the other.  This can lead to core and muscular imbalances, postural distortions and overcompensation and may progress into injuries.
